Our Inspiring Journey
Keshu Foundation was established by Mr. Ankush Biradar inspired by the educational needs of children in underserved communities of Pune. Recognizing the need for a broader approach to address challenges in education and overall development, and with the vision of reducing educational inequality, the Foundation began its journey in 2021.
Starting with the distribution of school supplies and kits to underprivileged students in Pune, the initiative gradually expanded into wider areas such as Skill Development Programs, Education Support, Digital Literacy, Mental Health Awareness, and Financial Literacy .
Today, Keshu Foundation stands as a registered not-for-profit organization, continuously working towards creating positive transformation in lives through education, skill development, emotional well-being, and social empowerment.

Mr. Ankush Biradar
Founder & C.E.O
Mr. Ankush Biradar is a dedicated social entrepreneur and serves as the Founder & CEO of Keshu Foundation. Since beginning his journey in the social sector in 2021, he has been humbly working towards creating positive and sustainable change through various community initiatives.
Under his guidance, Keshu Foundation continues to work in the areas of education, digital empowerment, mental health, and social development. He remains committed to ensuring that underprivileged and deserving students receive the right opportunities, resources, and guidance for their growth.
He believes that true empowerment can be achieved through education and digital awareness. Through initiatives focused on computer education, safe internet practices, digital literacy, and responsible use of technology, efforts are made to prepare students to confidently face future opportunities.
Recognizing the importance of holistic development, he also emphasizes students’ mental well-being. The organization strives to conduct research on children’s mental health and implement initiatives based on these insights, with a focus on building emotional resilience, self-confidence, and a positive mindset.
With a data-driven and impact-oriented approach, he continues to collaborate with various organizations and implement research-based initiatives aimed at creating long-term and sustainable social impact.
His mission is not only to extend support, but to nurture self-reliant, aware, and responsible individuals—because he believes that an empowered generation today builds a stronger and more progressive society tomorrow.
